Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a purchase of a case within 14 days of receiving it.

Tell us before the 14 days end. An email to info@tecaldini.com with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you withdraw is enough. You may use the form below.

Send the case back to [[Return address]] within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of sending it back, unless the case is faulty or not what we described. We refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the case back, or of proof that you sent it. The refund uses the same payment method, once a method exists.

These leather cases are not sealed goods that are exempt for health or hygiene reasons. We do not make cases to a personal specification.

A gift-certificate code is not sent before payment. Until a code has been sent, write to us and we will cancel an unpaid certificate. After a code has been delivered, the withdrawal right for that digital content ends only if, before payment, we asked you to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the right to withdraw. This version of the shop does not ask for that agreement, and it does not send a code at checkout.
