Accept and Reject do the same amount of work. Neither is pre-selected.

The cart is kept in local storage on your device so it survives a refresh. That is part of placing an order, and it is not used for advertising. The admin session is a cookie, and only after a successful sign-in on /admin.

Checkout may load Cloudflare Turnstile, which exists to stop bots placing orders. It is limited to that page.

We do not load analytics, advertising, or fonts from Google. If we add a non-essential cookie later, it will stay off unless you have pressed Accept. Reject, or Cookie settings in the footer, keeps it off. The choice is stored in this browser and logged on the server as accept or reject, with the policy version and the time. We do not store your IP address with that log. The log is kept for 12 months.

You can also block storage in the browser itself. The cart will not persist if you do.
