How Tecaldini handles personal data. Version 2026-10-13. The seller's registered details are still being completed and will replace the placeholders on the Impressum page.

Who we are

What we collect

Only what an order needs:

• name and email, for every order
• phone and delivery address, when the order contains a physical case
• the cases, colours, quantities, and any gift-certificate amount
• the order record itself, including status and totals
• your cookie choice (accept or reject) and the time, with no IP address

We do not ask for a date of birth, gender, or an account. A gift certificate is emailed to the buyer. We do not collect a separate recipient. Payment card numbers are not collected on this shop; no payment provider is connected yet.

Why

• To take and fulfil the order, and to write to you about it. This is the contract.
• To keep accounting records for 10 years. This is a legal duty.
• To limit abuse of checkout and the admin sign-in, and to run the bot check. This is our legitimate interest in keeping the shop reliable.
• Non-essential cookies, later, only if you press Accept. None are in use today.

Who else sees it

• Amazon Web Services, which hosts the shop (Lightsail).
• The transactional email provider configured on the server: Resend or Postmark. It receives the confirmation, which includes your name, email, and order.
• Cloudflare, for the Turnstile check on checkout. That check is there to block bots. It runs only on that page.
• Telegram, for a private operations note. That note contains the order number, the lines, and the total. It does not contain your name, email, phone, or address.

A payment provider will be named in this notice before it receives any payment data. We do not sell personal data.

How long

Orders are kept for 10 years, then deleted or reduced so they can no longer identify you. Cookie choices are kept for 12 months. The cart stays in your browser until you clear it, place an order, or clear the site data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, and a portable copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time from Cookie settings in the footer; that does not affect an order we are already fulfilling. You can complain to the supervisory authority in your EU member state, and to the authority of the seller's member state once that state is published on the Impressum page.

Email info@tecaldini.com with your order number. We may ask for enough detail to find the order and no more.
