Shipping is €0. The price on the page is the price, with VAT included. We are not running the EU One Stop Shop in this version: one seller-country VAT treatment applies, and the rate will be published with the company details.

We confirm production and delivery time by email after the order. We do not promise next-day dispatch. When a parcel has a tracking number, it will be in that email.

The 14-day withdrawal right, the return address, and who pays for the return postage are on the withdrawal page. Write to info@tecaldini.com if a case arrives damaged.
