Terms and conditions

These terms cover use of the Tecaldini shop and orders placed on it.

The seller is [[Legal name]], [[Street, postal code, city, EU member state]]. Email info@tecaldini.com. Company details that are still in brackets on the Impressum page will be published before payment is accepted.

The shop

The cases are described on their pages. Colours of vegetable-tanned leather vary. A photograph is a guide, not a promise that two hides match. We do not personalise cases.

Prices

Prices are in euro and include VAT. The same gross price is shown to every EU delivery address. Shipping inside the EU is included. The server recalculates the cart from the catalogue before an order is stored. A price sitting in your browser is only a preview.

The order

Sending the checkout form is your offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to arrange payment. Until that email, and until payment is complete, we may decline an order we cannot fulfil. Nothing is charged on the website in this version of the shop.

A digital gift certificate is issued only after payment. The code goes to the email on the order, is valid for three years, and is stored by us only as a hash.

Availability

A case can be marked unavailable. If that happens before we accept the order, we will not take payment for it.

Law

These terms are governed by [[the law of the seller's EU member state]]. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence still apply, including the 14-day right of withdrawal described on its own page.
